When Sarah came home George could not wait to show her the strange footsteps in the garden. ‘Come on Sarah’, he said ‘I have found the most odd thing in the garden’. Sarah rubbed her hair and face dry and said ‘Oh George, must I. I am really tired now and I do not want to put on wellies and a coat.’ But George kept on and on and eventually Sarah went with him to the garden. ‘I don’t see anything odd’ said Sarah. Then George showed her the footsteps that appeared to walk to the middle of the garden and then stop. ‘So’ said George ‘Where did who ever made those foot prints go then ?’ |
